An avid traveler, Courtney has hiked a glacier in Alaska, up a volcano, and into the Grand Canyon where she collected rocks and minerals for her extensive collection. She has visited 12 states and one other country and hopes to continue her travels in the future.

             Courtney has studied dance since she was 2 and last year realized a dream of hers, to follow in her sisters’ footsteps and dance for her schools’ varsity dance team.

             In the last year , she has also discovered a new passion, karate. She takes classes as often as her schedule allows and is the assistant coach for the Karate team from California School for the Blind.
